Nanette Redling: Yoga
Nanette is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with over 7 years of experience. She also holds certifications including YMCA Foundations of Group Ex, PiYo, Moving for Better Balance and Livestrong at the YMCA. She is a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance and Certified Yoga Warrior Instructor. Nanette’s special interest is to empower individuals to improve their quality of life through exercise, core stabilization and balance. She believes that mastering the basics allows you to learn and execute advanced exercises more safely and effectively. Nanette is confident in providing effective fitness programming specifically designed to preserve and promote personal independence, self-esteem, emotional wellbeing and motivating individuals to stay active throughout their lives.
Yoga classes are Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 9:00-10:00am.
